Bell’s Corner Entire Home Door Upgrade
For this job we took on a 13 interior door replacement project which included 7 entry doors and 3 sets of bypass closet doors.
The former doors were the original no panel plain brown doors from 60 plus years ago. The homeowners wanted a complete update to 6 panel doors.
We replaced the basic 2 1/4 casing with colonial 3 1/4 casing throughout making the upgrade look that much better.
All 13 doors turned out great including the 6 bypass doors that barely slid, as they were too long and rubbing the carpet, and without the bottom bracket.
We had to trim down all 6 closet bypass doors and used much nicer 2 1/8 sized pulls over the usual, standard 1 finger pulls.
