Porch Column Replacement
On this job we had to replace (2) rotting, original, wood column posts on the front porch of a home in NE Philly.
The original wood posts were rotting throughout causing the fascia to sag at the top.
We had to temporarily brace the old columns with 4×4 posts while removing the original columns by cutting them out.
We then cut the new vinyl columns to length and put them in place while plumbing them up and screwing off while screwing the bottoms into the concrete.
