Living Area Trim, Flooring and Painting Upgrades
On this job we upgraded the original carpet flooring throughout the downstairs living area to luxury vinyl throughout the living room, dining room and hallway.
We also installed 5 5/8 inch colonial crown molding throughout all 3 areas on 12 foot ceilings in the downstairs area and recessed lighting throughout thee living room area and the upstairs hallway area.
We installed a chair rail with shadow boxes and new baseboard including painting the whole area and adding a stair runner on each set of stairs on the bi-level property.
