Bustleton Second Floor Bedrooms Renovations
For this job in Bustleton we had a lot of renovating to do on the second floor, in the three bedrooms and hallway, of a townhouse.
First we had to paint the bedrooms and hallway, entry and closet doors.
Then we had to rip up all the carpet and in the master we had to tear up the subfloor to plane down some of the framing as there was a huge hump in the middle of the floor.
We started the flooring in the far corner of the master and ran it through the entire upstairs.
We then installed new 5 1/4 baseboard throughout the floor and replaced a few light fixtures and electrical cover plates.
